Մասնավոր հետախույզները կարող են աջակցել բիզնեսի զարգացման հարցերում․ մասնավորապես՝ այս ինստիտուտի ներդրումը կարող է դիտարկվել բիզնեսի ոլորտում կոռուպցիոն խնդիրների հաղթահարման միջոց․ այս մասին այսօր նոր ինստիտուտի ներդրման վերաբերյալ սեմինարին ասաց «Փաստերի վրա հիմնված բարեփոխումների ջատագովություն» ծրագրի իրավաբան Մարիամ Զադոյանը։
Միջոցառումը կազմակերպվել էր «Փաստերի վրա հիմնված բարեփոխումների ջատագովություն» ծրագրի շրջանակներում, որն իրականացվում է Ինֆորմացիոն տեխնոլոգիաների ձեռնարկությունների միության (ԻՏՁՄ), Իրավաբանների հայկական ասոցիացիայի (ԻՀԱ) և Եվրոպական բիզնես ասոցիացիայի (ԵԲԱ) կողմից:
Մ․ Զադոյանը նշեց, որ Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգները, Մեծ Բրիտանիան, Ֆրանսիան, Գերմանիան, Կանադան, Հնդկաստանը, Իսրայելը, Ճապոնիան, Նորվեգիան, Իսպանիան, Իտալիան, Պորտուգալիան, Մեքսիկան, Ռուսաստանը և աշխարհի շատ այլ երկրներում ներդրվել է մասնավոր հետախույզի, մասնավոր հետախուզական ձեռնարկությունների (գործակալություններ) և նրանց միավորումների ինստիտուտը` որպես իշխանությունների կողմից ժամանակին առաջացած հրատապ սոցիալական մարտահրավերների նկատմամբ արձագանքի արդյունք:
Ներկայացնելով միջազգային փորձը, նա նշեց, որ հետախույզները էական աջակցություն են ցուցաբերում տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտներին նրանց պարտապանների և այլ գործընկերների հեղինակության եւ ֆինանսական վիճակը ուսումնասիրելու, իրենց վրա վերցված ֆինանսական պարտավորությունները իրականում կատարելու իրենց կարողությունը որոշելու հարցում: Վերոնշյալի շնորհիվ էական չափով կանխվում է ռիսկային գործարքների կնքումը և պարտապանների կողմից պարտքի վճարումից խուսափումը:
Միջոցառմանը ներկա էին նաև շահագրգիռ պետական կառույցներից ներկայացուցիչներ՝ Քննչական կոմիտեից, արդարադատության նախարարությունից, ոստիկանությունից։ Վերջիններս, ընդհանուր առմամբ, կողմ էին նման ինստիտուտի ներդրմանը, սակայն ներկայացրեցին որոշակի ռիսկերը, որոնք պետք է հաշվի առնվեն նոր համակարգի ներդրման համար։
Այսօր Ինֆորմացիոն տեխնոլոգիաների ձեռնարկությունների միության իրավաբան Արկադի Սահակյանը ներկայացրեց bizprotect.am կայքը, որը հնարավորություն է տալիս ահազանգել բիզնեսի զարգացմանը խոչընդոտող խնդիրների մասին, որից հետո մասնագետները ուսումնասիրում են հայտը և արագ արձագանքում դրան: Կայքը հնարավորություն է տալիս խնդրի մասին տեղեկացնելու նաև անանուն: Կայքի ստեղծողները միջազգային ստանդարտներն ու փորձը հաշվի առնելով հոգացել են, որպեսզի որևէ մեկը (այդ թվում նաև իրավապահները) չկարողանան հայտնաբերել ահազանգի հեղինակին:
Ստեղծվել է նաև bizprotect.am կամ bizpashtpan.am բջջային հավելվածը, որի դեպքում հնարավոր է խնդրի մասին ահազանգել առավել արագ: Հավելվածը հնարավորություն է տալիս ոչ միայն տեքստային տեղեկություններ փոխանցել, այլև լուսանկարներ, փաստաթղթեր:
