Հանդիպումը կազմակերպվել էր «Փաստերի վրա հիմնված բարեփոխումների ջատագովություն» ծրագրի շրջանակներում, որն իրականացվում է Ինֆորմացիոն տեխնոլոգիաների ձեռնարկությունների միության (ԻՏՁՄ), Իրավաբանների հայկական ասոցիացիայի (ԻՀԱ) և Եվրոպական բիզնես ասոցիացիայի (ԵԲԱ) կողմից:
Մարիամ Զադոյանը ներկայացրեց նաև հակամրցակցային համաձայնություններից ամենահաճախ հանդիպող դրսևորման ձևերից մեկի՝ Bid Rigging-ի դեմ պայքարի լուծման ուղղված գործիքները՝ միջազգային լավագույն փորձի հիման վրա։ Վերոնշյալը ընկերությունների մի խմբի կողմից գաղտնի համաձայնություններն են պետական տենդերներում առաջարկվող ապրանքների կամ ծառայությունների գնի բարձրացման և որակի իջեցման վերաբերյալ։
Կարեն Թամազյանը ներկայացրեց օրենսդրական վերջին փոփոխությունները՝ հատկապես շեշտադրելով թափանցիկության բարձր մակարդակին ուղղված վերջին գործիքների ներդրումը։ Նա նշեց, որ ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարությունը բաց է բիզնեսների խնդիրները լսելու համար։
Հաջորդիվ բիզնեսները բարձրացրեցին իրենց խնդիրները։
Հանդիպման ավարտին քննարկվեցին հանդիպմանը ներկա բիզնեսի ներկայացուցիչններին հետաքրքրող այլ հարցեր։
Նշենք նաև, որ ծրագրի շրջանակներում գործարկվում է bizprotect.am կայքը, որը հնարավորություն է տալիս ահազանգել բիզնեսի զարգացմանը խոչընդոտող խնդիրների մասին, որից հետո մասնագետները ուսումնասիրում են հայտը և արագ արձագանքում դրան: Կայքը հնարավորություն է տալիս խնդրի մասին տեղեկացնելու նաև անանուն: Կայքի ստեղծողները միջազգային ստանդարտներն ու փորձը հաշվի առնելով հոգացել են, որպեսզի որևէ մեկը (այդ թվում նաև իրավապահները) չկարողանան հայտնաբերել ահազանգի հեղինակին: Ստեղծվել է նաև bizprotect.am կամ bizpashtpan.am բջջային հավելվածը, որի դեպքում հնարավոր է խնդրի մասին ահազանգել առավել արագ: Հավելվածը հնարավորություն է տալիս ոչ միայն տեքստային տեղեկություններ փոխանցել, այլև լուսանկարներ, փաստաթղթեր:
