Տևական ժամանակ է՝ գործարկվել է bizprotect.am կայքը, որը հիմնվեց Ազդարարության մասին օրենքի ընդունումից հետո։
Այս հարթակը հնարավորություն է տալիս ներկայացնելու կոռուպցիոն ռիսկերի մասին անանուն ինֆորմացիա տարբեր պետական կառույցների գործունեության հետ կապված։
Կայքի հիմնադիր Իրավաբանների հայկական ասոցիացիայի նախագահ Կարեն Զադոյանը «Առաջին լրատվական»-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ մի քանի ամսվա ընթացքում ունեն շուրջ 40 հայտ, որոնք ստանալուց հետո ուղարկել են տարբեր պատկան մարմիններին։ Բողոքները եղել են՝ կապված ՊԵԿ-ի գործունեության, Մաքսայինի, պետական գնումների հետ։
«Ուրախալին այն է, որ պետական մարմինները շատ արագ արձագանքում են բողոքներին և պատասխաններ են ներկայացնում։ Մենք այդ պատասխանները տեղադրում ենք կայքում, և դատելով նրանից, որ բողոք ներկայացնողների կողմից պատասխան արձագանք չենք ստանում, նշանակում է, որ բավարարել է պատասխանը բողոքավորներին»,- նշեց Զադոյանը։
Մեր զրուցակցի խոսքով՝ շատ կարևոր է այն հանգամանքը, որ բիզնեսի ներկայացուցիչները արդեն այդ հարթակում հանդես են գալիս հրապարակային՝ չօգտագործելով անանուն մնալու հնարավորությունը։ «Մենք ունենք դեպք, երբ հրապարակային դիմել են առևտրային կաշառքի հետ կապված, որը մենք ուղարկել ենք դատախազություն»,- ասաց Զադոյանը։
