Եթե կա խնդիր, որը խոչընդոտում է բիզնեսի զարգացմանը, ապա հնարավոր է ահազանգել դրա մասին bizprotect.am կայքում: Այնուհետև մասնագետները ուսումնասիրում են հայտը և արագ արձագանքում դրան:
Կայքը հնարավորություն է տալիս խնդրի մասին տեղեկացնելու նաև անանուն: Կայքի ստեղծողները միջազգային ստանդարտներն ու փորձը հաշվի առնելով հոգացել են, որպեսզի որևէ մեկը (այդ թվում նաև իրավապահները) չկարողանան հայտնաբերել ահազանգի հեղինակին:
Ավելին, ստեղծվել է նաև bizprotect.am կամ bizpashtpan.am բջջային հավելվածը, որի դեպքում հնարավոր է խնդրի մասին ահազանգել առավել արագ: Հավելվածը հնարավորություն է տալիս ոչ միայն տեքստային տեղեկություններ փոխանցել, այլև լուսանկարներ, փաստաթղթեր:
Այս մասին այսօր Վանաձորում կազմակերպված ազատ տնտեսական մրցակցության ոլորտի վերաբերող սեմինարին ասաց Ինֆորմացիոն տեխնոլոգիաների ձեռնարկությունների միության իրավաբան Արկադի Սահակյանը:
Միջոցառումը կազմակերպվել էր «Փաստերի վրա հիմնված բարեփոխումների ջատագովություն» ծրագրի շրջանակներում, որն իրականացվում է Ինֆորմացիոն տեխնոլոգիաների ձեռնարկությունների միության (ԻՏՁՄ), Իրավաբանների հայկական ասոցիացիայի (ԻՀԱ) և Եվրոպական բիզնես ասոցիացիայի (ԵԲԱ) կողմից:
Սեմինարին Իրավաբանների հայկական ասոցիացիայի իրավաբան Մարիամ Զադոյանը ներկայացրեց տնտեսական մրցակցության ոլորտում առկա մեծագույն խնդրի մասին՝ մենաշնորհների դեմ պայքարելու հարցին: Նրա խոսքով, դրա լավագույն լուծումը իրական սեփականատերերի ռեգիստրի ստեղծումն է:
Եթե չկա իրական սեփականատերերին ներկայացնելու պարտավորություն, ապա կարող է մի անձը մի քանի կազմակերպություն ստեղծել (տարբեր անձանց անուններով) և զբաղվել նույն գործունեությամբ՝ փաստացի մենաշնորհային դիրք ունենալով շուկայում: Մինչդեռ իրական սեփականտերերին բացահայտելու ինստիտուտի առկայության դեպքում մենաշնորհների խնդիրը կլուծվի:
Մ. Զադոյանի խոսքով, ռեսգիտրս ստեղծելուց հետո բոլոր ընկերությունները կպարտավորվեն տրամադրել տեղեկություն իրենց ֆիզիկական անձ հանդիսացող սեփականատերերի մասին: Իսկ չտրամադրելու դեպքում կգործեն խիստ սանկցիաներ:
ՀՀ տնտեսական մրցակցության պաշտպանության պետական հանձնաժողովի ներկայացուցիչներ Արսեն Պետրոսյանը և Դավիթ Փինաչյանը ներկայացրեցին ազատ տնտեսական մրցակցության ոլորտում կատարված բարեփոխումները:
Միջոցառմանը ներկա բիզնեսի ավելի քան 20 ներկայացուցիչներ, ովքեր բարձրաձայնում էին իրենց հուզող հարցերի մասին, բուռն քննարկման արդյունքում այս ոլորտի այլ խնդիրներ նույնպես վեհանվեցին, որոնց լուծման ուղղությամբ քայլեր կձեռնարկվեն:
