Ներկայումս գործող 5 մաքսային միջնորդ գործակալների փոխարեն այսուհետև կգործի մեկը՝ պետության կողմից ստեղծվածը. այս մասին հայտնել են ՊԵԿ բարձրաստիճան ներկայացուցիչները՝ հուլիսի 11-ին բզինեսի և քաղհասարակության կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ:
«Կարգոներ» անունով հայտնի մաքսային գործակալությունները հիմնականում զբաղվում են փոքր և միջին ձեռներեցների կողմից տարբեր ապրանքների ներկրման և մաքսազերծման հարցերով:
Հանդիպման ժամանակ ՊԵԿ ներկայացուցիչներն ասել են, որ այս փոփոխությունը կատարվում է, քանի որ փոքր և միջին բիզնեսի ներկայուցիչների կողմից բազմիցս են եղել բողոքներ, թե նրանք իրենց փաստաթղթերը չեն ներկայացնում:
ՊԵԿ-ի ներկայացուցիչները սակայն վստահեցրել են, որ պետական մաքսային գործակալի կողմից կատարվող բոլոր գործողությունները կատարվելու են օրինական և թափանցիկ փաստաթղթաշրջանառության միջոցով:
Այս փոփոխությունը դրականորեն է ընդունվել հանդիպմանը ներկա բիզնեսի ներկայացուցիչների կողմից:
Նշենք, որ մաքսային գործակալների գործունեության վերաբերյալ Հայաստանի ՔՀԿ-ների հակակոռուպցիոն ասոցիացիան ներկայացրել էր մի շարք առաջարկություններ, որոնցից մեկն էլ վերաբերում էր վերոնշյալ խնդրին:
