The BizProtect website receive alerts about the restrictions imposed by the decisions of the RA Commandant on the state of emergency declared due to the new coronavirus Covid-19. The alerts are about violations of restrictions.

The BizProtect website received a report against "Ermiel" LLC on the grounds that the lottery carried out by the latter was accompanied by fraudulent advertising and fraudulent agreement.

The “Armenia: Promoting Anti-Corruption Conduct and Reforms” project was launched in Armenia on 1 October, 2019, and is implemented by The “Center for International Private Enterprise” (CIPE), the “Armenian Lawyers’ Association” NGO (ALA), the “Corporate Governance Center” (CGC), and the “Yerevan Chamber of Commerce and Industry” (YerCCI). The objective of the project is to fight corruption in the business sector, disseminate corporate governance and ethics rules and values ​​in Armenia, and introduce anti-corruption compliance programs in SMEs.

A number of members of the CSO's Anti-Corruption Coalition of Armenia have adopted an Integrity declaration on Implementation of business ethics and compliance initiative in Armenia

In the frameworks of the project, 26 small and medium-sized enterprises in Yerevan and four regions of Armenia: Lori, Syunik, Gegharkunik and Shirak:

• have adopted the Declaration Statement for Business Integrity,
• have introduced Anti-Corruption Policies committing themselves to take action related to the other components of the Anti-Corruption Compliance Program.

A roundtable discussion on the "Importance and Benefits of Introducing Anti- Corruption Compliance Programs in the Private Sector" was held on 11 September.

Mariam Zadoyan, Project Manager of the ALA’s Component of “Armenia: Promoting Anti-Corruption Conduct and Reforms” project spoke about the Institute of Criminal Liability in the Republic of Armenia in an interview with Iravaban.net.

On September 27, the Civil Society-Government Conference “2019-2023 RA Judicial and Legal Reforms Strategy in the Context of Increasing Public Trust” was organized within the framework of the EU-funded Commitment to Constructive Dialogue (CCD) project by the Armenian Lawyers’ Association, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia and the Committee on State and Legal Affairs of the Public Council.

On 26 September, the Corporate Governance Center, the Armenian Lawyers’ Association and the Yerevan Chamber of Commerce and Industry held a discussion on " The Importance of Collective Business Actions in the Fight against Corruption" within the framework of cooperation of the Center for International Private Enterprise.
