How are the Employees and Partners informed about Rules of Corporate Conduct? 188 Armenian organizations were involved in the survey, “The Role of Business in Combating Corruption: Armenian Reality”, which was conducted in September-December.

The survey has been carried out in the scope of the “Armenia: Promoting Anti-Corruption Conduct and Reforms”, which is implemented by the “Center for International Private Enterprise” (CIPE), the “Armenian Lawyers’ Association” NGO (ALA), the “Corporate Governance Center” (CGC), and the “Yerevan Chamber of Commerce and Industry” (YerCCI), with financial support of the National Endowment for Democracy (NED).

Thus: half of the respondents did not answer the question “How are the Employees and Partners informed about the Rules of Corporate Conduct?”

23% provide corporate governance guidelines for the purpose of familiarization of employees. It is possible that formal preservation of the procedure its part of it here rather than the perception of the need to inform employees about the company's corporate culture.

As regards the partners, the most convenient and accessible channel for informing, and disclosure of codes of conduct through the web page is done by only 8% of the respondents.
