The State Revenue Committee (SRC) of the Republic of Armenia informs that, in accordance with Article 2.2 of RA Government Decision No. 1876-N dated November 28, 2024, of the 636 electric motor vehicles previously published by the Committee on January 9, 2026, 575 have applied within the established period to receive a refund of the paid customs duties, while the remaining 61 vehicles have not applied. Considering the above, in accordance with Article 2.4 of RA Government Decision No. 1876-N dated November 28, 2024, the Committee is publishing, in chronological order (starting from number 637), the list of 61 motor vehicles whose declarants are entitled to benefit from the tariff exemption for the import of electric motor vehicles classified under HS code 8703 80 000 2, through the amendment of the customs declaration and/or customs entry order.

Declarants of the vehicles included in the published list must apply to the Customs Authority by March 31, 2026, inclusive, for the amendment of the customs declaration or customs entry order in order to restore the tariff exemption (receive a refund of the customs duty). Applications should be sent via email to secretariat@petekamutner.am and must include the following request.

At the same time, the Committee reminds that applications must be submitted by the entities that acted as declarants, and the bank account specified in the application must belong to the declarant entity. Before submitting the application, it is necessary to verify and ensure that all information provided in the application is accurate.
