The largest number of imported automobiles in recent years was in 2014. We learn thi as a result o analyzing the statistics received from the SRC.
Thus, in 2013, 38600 cars were imported, the customs value of which was $ 254067600.
In 2014, the number of importing increased to 44300 cars, the total customs value was $ 279101600.
Meanwhile, imports dropped significantly in 2015, up to 27300 cars, the total customs value $ 133421600.
In 2016, 33 thousand cars were imported to Armenia, the total customs value $ 130601000.
Note that this is not about vehicles carrying 18 or more people.
That is, in general, 143 thousand 200 cars were imported to Armenia in the period of 2013-2016.
